Emory River Retreat on Watts Bar Lake

Better than we expected! Well stocked, super clean, and an amazing management company that helped us get booked quickly, as we were in a pinch coming from a bad rental. We had a blast at the dock every day and got the sandbar once too. Gorgeous home!

We had a great time at Emory River retreat. The house was gorgeous and the dock area was great. The part of the lake the house is located on was calm and quiet and not too much boat traffic. It was great for just hanging out. Plenty of seating.

Great place to stay! Accommodated our family of 7 easily. Communication with Christina was great. Boat ramp is five minutes down the road. Fishing & swimming off of the dock was great and was able to tie up two of our boats. Electric available at the dock.The house was beautifully decorated, clean & was equipped with everything you could need. Had an extra fridge in the garage which came in very handy. My only suggestion would be for the Back porch/dock area could use a good pressure washing, lots of spider webs, bugs and mosquitoes so take bug spray! Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We stayed at Emory River River Retreat for a nearby wedding and it exceeded every expectation. Our group spanned a wide range of ages, from adults down to kids from 1 to 11, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a big family crew. The outdoor areas stole the show. The patio space was perfect for relaxing together after a busy day, and the dock was the highlight for our kids. They swam in the lake for hours and had an absolute blast. It made the whole trip feel like a real getaway, not just a place to sleep before the wedding. Between the comfortable interior, the easy lake access, and the room for everyone to spread out, this was an ideal home base. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book it again. Highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing spot on the water!
